Join fire fighters, Mark Famiano and Doug Turner, as they go behind the scene visiting fire stations across the country to see what’s cooking.
Mark Famiano has over 30 years as a fire fighter. He spent his fire fighting career in Bedford Heights, Ohio. He continues his fire fighting career assisting at the fire fighting academy in Parma, Ohio. Mark is still an active medic and enjoys visiting fire houses to create new episodes of Fire House Dining.
Doug Turner is a retired fire fighter from Parma, Ohio. He spent over 33 years on the department. He was also the department’s spokesperson, PIO, for about 12 years. Doug is actively still involved in fire fighting through the fire academy in Parma, Ohio. He actively teaches new cadets how to go into fires, put out fires, save lives, use equipment and stay safe. In addition, Doug teaches “Incident Command” classes for the state of Ohio. Doug enjoys going to fire houses with Mark, meeting the cooks and the other fire fighters.
